Delete Book
To delete the book that you have created, follow these steps:
Click the book menu in the book header and select "Delete book".
A confirmation dialog will be displayed saying "Are you sure you want to delete book XXX ?".
Click the "Delete" button displayed at the bottom right of the dialog.
When the book owner is not the logged-in user, the "Duplicate Book" menu can not be selected.
